Is there continuity after death?

Death makes no break in the continuity of mental consciousness.

The personality persists with so vivid a sense of its own identity that there is often at first some difficulty in realising that death has taken place.

The earthly period of growth and probation is no more complete at death than it is on leaving school, finishing an apprenticeship—or retiring from business.
