What is the force behind creation?

God—the Father, Creator of all things—set into being mighty constructions—vast conglomerations of life, action and motion—Divine Laws—These things were the thoughts of God, and by thought, so they were created, so they were made manifest in whatever semblance or representation was required.

The force behind creation is Love, and Love alone. 

Ponder on His gifts when He first created you and me, when His thought took the form of man.

Being sons and daughters of the Most High, having been called to that high estate—to be as holy, as the Father God is holy is not unreasonable—within each one is that precious gift of creation, developed or undeveloped, according to the evolution of the soul itself.

The motive power behind all creation is Love and Love alone.
