You have no conception of God's goodness.
Evil is man-created, for God originally created man in Himself to rule the world He placed him in, the world within Himself, and He gave man individual thought.
God always reflect in man.
Everything which is good is directly from God. Your mind and thought might have some power, but God has so much more that asking His aid is all that is necessary to restore good.
