How can you stop judging?

You create your own experience; no one else can influence your reality unless you have drawn him or her into your experience.

You are the creator of your own experience.

You are the centre of your own unique universe, for you have created all that surrounds you and all the circumstances in your life.

Everything that appears to be external to you originated from within you, for everything in your experience was attracted to you by your thinking, desires and attention.

What you disallow or disapprove of in your world has everything to do with you and absolutely nothing to do with it or them.

In moving into the state of allowing, of love, the more open your heart becomes, the more allowing you become, the more loving you become, and as you become all of these things, the more control you will have of your reality and of your experience.

You are the creator of your own reality.

When you judge, you are stating that you have no freedom of choice. When you make this statement, you deny your own divinity—

Your judgement takes you away from God.

You deny your very own divinity with every judgement you make, for to judge others or to disallow others is to believe that they can in some way influence your experience. You believe that you need to exert energy to resist what you believe may harm or affect you.

Judgement takes you away from your divinity.

Believing that you are a victim, powerless or alone states that the power of God is not with you or within you.

Enlightened beings know that they are always safe, for they know they are the source of all that they experience and can choose their experience moment by moment.

What you disapprove of in another has nothing to do with the other; it has everything to do with you.

This is because the Law of Love says I am what I am and whilst I am what I am, I allow others to be who they are.

If you are disapproving of another, you are clearly not being Who You Are.

Disapproval always indicates lack!

Remember, no one can exert influence upon your experience unless you have attracted that one to you by way of the Law of Attraction.

Remember, everything you disallow in others is something you disallow in yourself or it is linked to a belief that is limiting you in some way.

Every judgement is about your lack of love for yourself and has nothing to do with the person or situation being judged. Remember that.
