Can a person be fully evil?

Is there a world of desires—or passions of unsatisfied earthly cravings? 

There is, and in that world many souls linger and refuse to be unclothed, for freedom is never taken from the soul, and in every state, she does what seems to her good.

Is there a world of shadows, having form and objectivity?

This is the world of which I have just spoken and it is with this world that communication is most easily obtained, but I have taken care that its evils do not come near you.

Does evil finally become extinct—or are there persons so evil that they survive? 

In the end, all things are good, for evil is only contrary to good, which is God, and He will, in the end, bring all creation back to himself.
