The Constructors

Minds must be as powerful as is the great machinery for the construction of the tall buildings upon the earth. There is a circle—the Constructors—of the most advanced to concentrate upon the construction of such buildings. They are powerful in concentration, having passed the highest lessons in mind power. They meet and sit in a room flooded with light, and each has a pencil and slowly draws plans for some particular part of the building. After each has completed his work in the drawing, the group studies each separately and concentrates upon them all. No one moves or speaks. They sit for a long time, and then in the atmosphere around them comes a misty picture resembling their concentrated thought. As they sit, silent and powerful in their concentration, the building is made complete.

They meet often, concentrating against the general majority overshadowing their thought and causing the building to appear not a reality as it should, and after a great deal of such practice they are able to develop the thought so firmly in the atmosphere of the astral world that the building is permanent and useful to everyone.
