What is the greatest force for evil or good?

Thoughts are definite things—they have individual formation and substance of their own.

It is not hard for us to grasp that even a child sends out a multitude of thought forms, which intermingle with the countless millions, which are on every side.

Every temperament is keyed to certain vibrations of thought and feeling, and because temperament is individual and attractive, so we gather to ourselves those thoughts, which are nearest our own.

As our individuality develops, so do our thoughts gain in formation and finish, and this applies both to our good and bad thoughts.

Try and visualise those thoughts, which are of love—the unselfish thoughts, the thoughts of sympathy, of help and healing. These thoughts because they are charged by power direct from God, these thoughts are a million times stronger and have a million times more vitality in them than the greatest intellectual thought whichever we may have sent out.

Unconsciously, we are practising telepathy, which is in evidence everywhere.

Realise the influence that each one has on the other—the gigantic character of thought transference from one to the other—the greatest force there is for evil or good.

Right down through Nature, even with the smallest insect, telepathy is practised.

We call it instinct—instinct with which the Creator has endowed everyone from the least to the greatest, from the lowest to the strongest, and the purest.

As we develop, this gift of telepathy comes into its own.

Where love is strong, again and again, thoughts sent from the faraway reach the one to whom they belong, perhaps unconsciously, but there are many who are sufficiently evolved who pick up fragments of the thoughts so sent in their direction.

We receive direct thoughts from those who love us in the spirit every moment.

The telepathy, which goes on between us and the great Father is continuous.

One thought of God makes the contact complete—even one thought of love or compassion for another in our daily lives makes the contact between us and the great Heart of Love complete.

These thoughts are rained down upon us wherever we may be, whatever our thoughts, whatever our actions.
