How do I open myself spiritually?

Spirits have no church service, no creed, no rules, except the service of kindness and love. Their prayer is the spontaneous expression of joy and gratitude, but they constantly recognise an All-wise, All-loving, All-pervasive power whom we call God. They recognise and serve this power by trying to conform their lives and actions to this protecting love.

If this power so cares for you, why not use your own lesser powers for those whom you can help?

Spirits feel sure that this is the only acceptable worship of the Most High.
