What does God say about difficult people?

Belief or doubt is a matter of the heart, not of the head. Faith has its rise, like truth, within yourself―it never enters from without. 

Each soul should be free to decide its fate, for if unwise, it may be that the ensuing suffering is vital to that soul's development. 

God is just. He knows no favourites. He tolerates all and understands where and what we are. 

When evil enters in is when a soul, knowing right, deliberately chooses wrong, then what follows is real punishment. 

God is never unjust. None escape His justice and He has no victims―remember that. You sow in each life, and you rarely reap until another. Often you reap a harvest many lives before had planted. 

Believe one thing―Karma is as relentless, as it is just. In each life, look to it that your planting be of fine, clean, honourable things, so that the reaping may be sweet―not for that alone, of course, but because in this course lies the higher service.
