By a few moments' conscious practice every day, you can raise yourself and link on your mind and spirit the lower and higher selves. The more often you do it, the easier it becomes, so that there is a kind of semi-consciousness of that beautiful state helping you always.
The power you get by this linking on to the higher self has a great effect.
If you could believe and practice this, there would be no such thing as war or enmity on the earth plane.
It creates almost a tangible state or feeling.
