The apartment of Descriptive Knowledge and Eloquence is a most gorgeously furnished room. Its grandeur is reflected in its fine upholstered seats, chairs, lounges, sofas, and so on―its carpets are of the most gorgeous texture, covering the floor―paintings of great and noble men and women adorn the walls, decorative paintings, plaster casts with symbolical designs in endless variety go to make up only a part of what is contained in this Eden of Celestial Grandeur.

This is the apartment of Descriptive Knowledge and Eloquence.

Within this room every attainment possible within spirit life will be spontaneously brought forth.

This apartment is visited to brighten up dull, and apparently lagging intellectual energies, and is the last apartment visited before ascending to a higher plane.

It is so thoroughly magnetised with the brightest ideas of those who have passed beyond―these have left their influence so impressed here, that all who enter are imbued with a keen perception that arouses every dormant intellectual vibration.

While in this room, spirits feel in a slight degree, like those who have passed beyond. It would be impossible for spirits to experience what they do in their present state of development. They are only slightly impressed with the conditions of those who have entered the higher sphere.

The spirit is inspired with the eloquence of a Cicero or an Ingersoll. All things seem easy and simple of explanation. Language flows as easily as from the lips of a distinguished orator.

While the spirit is in this room, it sees what is latent within come to the surface, and the spirit is no longer dull to comprehend anything it is capable of acquiring. But it is only temporary, for spirits must go back and learn thoroughly what they have passed over by getting them permanently embedded on the mind before they can pass this apartment and join the higher class.
