We are all liable to err, none are infallible, not even the most developed archangel of the highest heaven—no one, but God is perfect or without variableness or shadow of turning—He is all-love, all-charity, all-perfection! His tender mercies are over all His works, and His infinite, benignant eye is on the just and the unjust, on the evil and good—even the most depraved soul is open to his mercy and will finally become holy and happy.
