Is it bad for one's spiritual development to eat meat?
Eating has no spiritual influence unless it disturbs the physical health and animal food is as harmless as any other. Each must judge for himself; the most perfect life ever lived on earth was kept in its true physical state without the things so many of his followers have taught were necessary. The teaching of Christ contains all that is essential for the most perfect life and it is not well to be wise above that which is written.
