What does it mean to be a victim of fate?

If you recognise the forces of construction, such as love and faith and kindness, and so on, and practically practice them, and so relate yourself to them, you bring the constructive quality into your life manifestation in such solidified expression that it permeates you and your atmosphere, and all that you do and all that you possess vibrate in the key of success.

On the contrary, if you recognise any forces of destruction, such as jealousy or resentment or condemnation, and so on, to the extent of entertaining them in your mind, you will permeate your body with disease and your financial and home conditions will be unhappy and unsuccessful, and you may really think and so declare that you are unlucky and the victim of fate.
