How does a thought become an action?

As the Universal Mind's action results in manifested form—or what is called creation, and is the thought of God, so the mind's action of the individual manifests, creates or produces a powerful substance composed of atoms, which we call thought, and which is the most subtle and powerful of any substance with which we have to deal—so you see the mind of a human being is creative, and under proper constructive training becomes a vast power for good. 

Action of all kind is only solidified thought—it is the direct result of thought force or mind's action.
