How does the soul feel after death?

At your so-called death, your old burdensome body of material matter is cast from you forever, and you are above and beyond all death and decay. This truth alone is enough to render you supremely happy. Then, on the other hand, when you find you have lost nothing, but gained all things, and that in losing your material body you have cast off a heavy and decaying garment or covering, you feel supremely light, blessed and happy.
