What falls on the just and the unjust?

Have charity for the poor and distressed. 

Place yourself in their path and become a new circumstance in their lives to change their poverty to affluence, their distress to pleasure. This will call out and exercise your benevolence. It will be a source of pleasure to give to the needy and suffering. 

Copy benevolence from the external world. The rain falls equally on the just and the unjust.
