Hudson argued that if the objective mind implants a premise into the subjective mind (often through suggestion or auto-suggestion), the subjective mind accepts it as absolute truth. It cannot question, analyze, or reason backward to see if the premise is actually true.
Instead, it works with what Hudson called matchless logic. It will flawlessly deduce all the necessary consequences of that premise, tailoring your beliefs, bodily functions, and deep-seated habits to align perfectly with it.
This concept became a massive cornerstone for the modern New Thought movement and early theories on the subconscious mind.
