Should we think constantly of those who have gone?

Do not put us out of your thoughts, but let those thoughts be unselfish ones, and give us the joy of your love though we are separated from you. 

Do not grieve for those who are born into our beautiful world, for those whom you love are so happy here, and your dear ones are together.
