Do humans become angels when they die?

Spirits do not become angels or saints. The sense of imperfection is still with them. 

But the difference between what they feel here [in the world of spirits] and on earth is that here the consciousness of love is everywhere. They see what they are and often regret it and mourn for their shortcomings. But they know that they live in the very love of God and that their very stumbling tend upwards. 

But they do stumble and fall short of the glory of God.
