- BEAUTIFUL MAXIMS—May this collection of maxims become as stars in a crown, and may they gather you brightness with the coming night.
- COPYBOOK MAXIMS—The way you feel about yourself impacts on how you will do everything in life. Looking on the bright side does not make you blind to the problems around you, but it helps you to see them in a positive light.
- GLIMMERINGS OF SPIRITUAL THINGS—When we tell you these things, we do not use words that come from human wisdom. Instead, we speak words given to us by the Spirit, using the Spirit's words to explain spiritual truths.
- GOD IN HIS WORKS—Nothing more unlike the real character of the Deity can be imagined than the one that has been generally received of His Nature. It is time now that something more real and more true should be known of this great power that formed and sustained all things, and who is still framing new worlds and universes of worlds.
- GODWARDS—A progression Godwards is the destiny to which every human soul is created.
- MAGICAL PRAYERS—Commit to memory the prayers in this little book, as these cover various needs and give us samples of how to ask, so that suitable words spring to one’s lips almost instinctively in time of need.
- MOTHER LOVE—Dedicated to Mother, that dear, loving soul—your mother and mine.
- NATURE'S CANVAS—There is indescribable beauty concealed even in the most insignificant creation of Nature. The beautiful workmanship of His Divine Hand is upon all things, both material and spiritual; the more we recognise, the more we shall become reconciled to God and His beautiful creations.
- SOUL REFLECTIONS borrows impressions from the Spirit of the resplendent reality of life beyond the tomb.
- SOUL SEEDS—Heaven is attained through spiritual development at the point where a physical body is no longer necessary. But the spirit-life does not pause there. It continues its evolution through innumerable heavens, each one of which is superior to the last or the one beneath it.
- WORDS FROM THE HEART—We waste more time in brooding over the past, which we cannot recall, or in anticipating the evils of the future, which we may never meet, than possessing our souls in the living present.

Lovely to read the passage from Testimony of Light. I'm originally from South Africa and I remember reading this book when I was at high school - it made a huge impression on me at the time and I keep it next to my bed so as to be able to reread bits from time to time to remind me about thinking and living the right way - thinking light is not always easy in a world where there is so much chaos, too many wild ideas, colours and activities distracting most of us from the essential issues.
My friend in Canada has just had to say goodbye to her mother! Suddenly discovering in a short period of time that her mother is dying of cancer, although 4 weeks ago still dancing at a wedding, she passed away on Sunday 14th with her family sitting by her side! Such a shock for the family, but I firmly believe that their mom is now being nursed into her new spiritual life on the other side.
I have not yet read your other writings but will look forward to them. Thanks for a beautiful, encouraging, spiritual site!

I like your site. I was googling for others interested in Testimony of Light. Have you read A Course in Miracles? and Psychotherapy: Purpose, Practice, and Process - Extensions of A.C.I.M? One of my favourite quotes is: the holiest of all the spots on earth is where an ancient hatred has become a present love. I haven't finished Testimony yet but am just blown away with love and joy at the passage about them extending love and healing to the persecutor who had been stuck. And how exciting it is to be given an explanation of vibrations and the workings of freeing ourselves from this dense place in respect of our thoughts and vibrations. Frances expressed joy of sharing these things with us in the world only to help lift us out. I think it's so very exciting. Thanks
