Life on earth is given us as a period of preparation, not as our ultimate end.
We do not live in time, but for eternity.

He is Eternal and Infinite Wisdom and Love and He sees that the pains and sufferings of His children are nothing in comparison with their eternal happiness.
If it seems to Him best that they be removed from the earth, it is for a good purpose.
