At what point is the soul created?

At what moment does the soul incarnate?

The human soul is the germ of life, and around that [the human soul] grows the physical body before birth.

At what time is the spiritual soul incarnated?

The time the soul becomes an active agent is when the man becomes the master of himself and his actions.

If a child dies before it is born, does it live on? 

No, the human soul must be carried by the spiritual soul.

When does this soul that we have through life first incarnate? 

When the First Breath of Life is breathed, as has been written—God breathes into man and he becomes a living soul, but that soul, like the infant's body, does not act for itself until later. Man gets his human soul from his father, thus, like produces like—an animal gives an animal soul, a vegetable, a vegetable soul of its kind, likewise.
