Ignorance is sin?

That ignorance develops suffering is a vied fact, which is proven to every individual if they will carefully investigate it. 

Ignorance is sin, for all suffering imparts to the individual a sense of anguish, from which there is no power of escape unless they discover means through which they can relieve themselves.
